This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order with MLWS, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at My little Wedding shop for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by My little Wedding Shop as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to My little Wedding Shop and our suppliers specific to the products you order but will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request My little Wedding Shop to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the My little Wedding Shop Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside MLWS' control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that My little Wedding Shop is released from our obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers*

Payment

All products remain My little Wedding Shops property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from My little Wedding Shop.

All card payments conducted through My little Wedding Shop are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

My little Wedding Shop reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, My little Wedding Shop has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. My little Wedding Shop shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return / Exchange policy

If you are looking to return an item be it for an exchange or refund, please e-mail My little Wedding Shop  within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then email you a returns form, a unique returns number and the returns address.

When returning an item, please re-use the original packaging if possible; otherwise please ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Please include the completed returns form or a copy of your packing list, stating your returns number and what your wishes are for an exchange, replacement or refund. 

Any refund given will be made automatically to your original order payment method. In the case of offer free delivery promotions an administration charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the original postage costs. 

This charge is:

£8.00 for returns of Evercreature Wellingtons

£5.00 for returns of Poirier Lingerie

£6.00 for returns of Umbrellas

£3.00 for Lace fans

When returning always obtain proof of posting as claims can then be made against the Post Office for loss or damage. We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in the post. We recommend that you use a tracked service.

In the case that the customer has paid for delivery, the original delivery charges will not be refunded if the original goods are returned. 

Lingerie:

We cannot offer returns or exchanges on any lingerie that has been used.

Any items that have had to be ordered in direct from Poirier are non returnable. This includes styles 426; 306; 106; 126; Any items in Blush or Black & any lingerie in size 38+ on any style. 

Umbrellas & Parasols:

Please note: that we cannot credit for wind damage, this is a natural phenomenon and damages caused by the wind do not constitute a manufacturing fault. Also, we are not responsible if it does not rain on your special day, we are very pleased that the sun shone for you, but we cannot refund the umbrellas you did not need to use.

Wellingtons:

All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same unworn, perfect condition as they arrived to you, within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept items back that have obviously been worn, i.e covered in mud!

Faulty Items

We guarantee to replace or, if out of stock refund, faulty items. Simply notify us within the 3 days of delivery of the goods, we may ask you to take photograph of the damage and email it to us as proof and we can then send out a replacement faster. The item may have to still be returned to the manufacturer, if this is the case we will email you freepost address or arrange for the courier to re-collect the return.

If a Courier delivery arrives damaged or crushed, please do not sign for it or sign for it only as damaged container, let us know within 24 hrs, so we may arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item and return it to us.

Exchanges

When returning an item for exchange, please call or email to check we have the item you want in stock and we can reserve the item for you and issue you with a returns number. Exchange items must be returned 'as new' with all original labels and packaging included. Please mark clearly what you would like as a replacement on the returns form or a covering note. Once we have received your return and processed your exchange, if there is any difference due we will contact you before despatch. Return costs cannot be refunded, but we will send out the exchanged item free of charge.
