Mr & Mrs Pumpkinhead are once again waving to passers by from our window as they fulfil their contractual obligations as our Halloween window models. It has been lovely having them back in the boutique with us and hearing all about their Summer adventures to Transylvania. They have even brought in some pictures for us to share with you.....so here are some lovely holiday pics from their Romanian adventure!
On arrival in France & remembering to drive on the right!
Being the adventurers they are, driving across Europe was the best form of travel and it looks like they took the weather with them! Although they were a little eager and arrived before anyone else.
On arrival at their apartment they were thrilled to find their hosts had left them some flowers, a lovely snap of the two of them for the album!
Mr & Mrs Pumpkinhead decided to stay in Sibiu, which is a beautiful city full of stunning squares and churches. The couple even climbed the tower of the cathedral, although Mr Pumpkinhead found the views a little scary, being sooo high up!
The tower houses these incredible bells, fortunatley they didn't ring while they climbed the tower.
Mr Pumpkinhead spent time listening to this wonderful organ.
It looks like they had a wonderful time in their very cosy apartment! Even bringing their own record player so they could dance the night away!
They did take a trip over to Bran to see Dracula's Castle, but the queue was very long, so here is a shot from the car!
